What supporting detail did you pull form the case to help you reach you conclusion? c. What are some arguments you can make in support of your decision when presenting your decision to your entire group? 3. a) What alternative did you select? Why? i. We selected Alternative #2 although there were compelling points made for Alternative #1. Although they are not highly profitable with only their “quality” items, they continue to be the industry benchmark and refence to the point of quality. b) What potential problems could you see with your decision? i. Potential problems with Alternative #2 could be the labor costs being too high which could lead to lower allocation of cost in marketing and advertising. The competition could start offering a better-quality furniture line which would eliminate their only competitive advantage.
